Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return at no cost to you.
To start a return, please contact us for details.
We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments may be refunded at AnywhereCam’s discretion. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Refunds
Products that are essentially unused and/or in perfect condition (i.e., able to be resold as new) are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any levied taxes and shipping and handling charges). Products that are not in substantially perfect condition, but are able to be resold as a refurbished product, will be eligible for a partial refund, measured as a percentage of the original purchase price, which percentage will be at AnywhereCam’s sole discretion. AnywhereCam may, but is not obligated to, provide any refund with respect to returns of non-defective Products that have been damaged, altered, or otherwise used to the point that they are not reasonably resalable per AnywhereCam’s criteria, including that AnywhereCam no longer manufactures or offers for sale the specific model or specification of Product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
