I have 40 acres of unimproved farm property that is located 150 miles from my home. The property has no electricity and the signal strength for my Verizon cell phone is almost nonexistent.
When I read about the Anywhere Cam I was in hopes it would finally solve my problem. I called and talked to Mike, an Anywhere Cam technician and explained my problem. He checked the cell tower locations for the property and told me which provider had the strongest signal. I was impressed and ordered the camera. Mike told me that just before shipping the chip in the camera would be programmed to operate at the farm location.
When the camera arrived, we set it up at our home for a few days and was amazed how well it performed. After it had been at the house, there was some work to do at the farm, and we decided to take the camera and install it.
As it turns out, the camera had to return home with me. When I tried it at the farm, it had signal problems. I couldn’t call tech support from the farm for the same reason. My cell phone had almost no signal.
I called Anywhere Cam tech support from my home, and this is when I learned Anywhere Cam tech support is truly unbelievable. I seriously give them an excellent rating. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it.
Two weeks later, I was back at the farm with the camera. I installed it in its new home and it’s been working flawlessly.
It's hard for us now to believe, sitting at home, 150 miles from the farm, at a touch of a button, we can see and record what's happing at the property.

I bought the Eagle 4 with the help from customer service. They were very helpful in getting the camera to work in my remote area. I can keep an eye on my cattle especially during calving season. The zoom on the camera is really nice. It was exactly what I was looking for.

We ordered 2 cameras
They came earlier than we were told.
(A++). One would not start up. We called and got hold of someone on the weekend. Conversation was good. Said he would send the longer cords we needed on Monday. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Talked to someone 2 weeks ago. Tried what he said over the phone and the camera still would not start. Said he would check with computer guy's and let us know or maybe just mail us a simcard. Haven't heard a thing. The camera that started up and was installed works fabulously.

I purchased two cameras for my farm and have installed one so far. I'm very happy with it. Installation was easy and there have been no operational issues. I've shared the camera access with my brother and he is very impressed with the picture quality. It will be great to have them both mounted on opposite sides of the property so I have a full view in each direction. Always good to know what the livestock are up to!
My only observation is that it's challenging to get the screws through the mounting plate with a drill/driver as there isn't enough clearance around the camera head unless you have a very long driver bit.

I was having issues with my camera not working from 2P.M till 2 AM and they figured things out in a matter of few minutes and has worked 100% of the time since then.

Very happy with the support & product I've gotten from Anywhere.cam. I purchased an Eagle 4G and after less than a week I was having problems with it going offline. After communicating with Noah, I was sent a different SIM card using a different data provider. Once installed, I haven't had any problems with it going offline. I've only had it about a month, so far the camera works great, solar panel provides more than enough power and the price for the data plan is reasonable.

There are lots of cameras on the market but no one provides the level of customer service provided by Anywhere Cam. I was having difficulty getting my camera to obtain a signal and Zack at Anywhere Cam directed me to a better location. Oh, and he did this from 650 miles away. We got the camera working and he even called back to make sure we were still getting a good signal.

Cameras are great! We use ours to watch the animals, making sure everyone is happy. They are great where you have no wifi service.
